With degrees in both Interior Design and Marketing, Matt brings a rare blend of formal training and intuitive spatial awareness to every project. His natural ability to plan spaces that flow with the rhythm of daily life—balancing function with beauty—has made him a trusted partner to homeowners and builders alike.

Rooted in a background of fashion, lifestyle management, and business, Matt approaches each home with an editorial eye, curating layouts, materials, and furnishings that feel effortless yet refined. As the creative lead of Thomas Matthew Designs, he collaborates closely with clients, architects, and trades while keeping the big picture moving forward. Behind the scenes, he and his office manager, Lee Ann, are the driving force that ensures each project is not only beautifully executed—but impeccably managed.

Donald Thomas,
Director of Visual Styling & Operations

With years of experience in visual merchandising and fashion, Don brings an expert touch to styling homes that feel cohesive, layered, and complete. His eye for proportion, balance, and finish allows him to create spaces where every detail—from lighting placement to shelf styling—is deliberate and elevated.

Don’s background in presentation and operations makes him a natural at bridging the gap between concept and completion. Working alongside Matt, he supports on-site execution and ensures each space is tailored, styled, and ready for living. His presence offers clients a consistent, detail-driven experience—one rooted in trust, organization, and polish.
