Design Consultation
Designing your home is easier than you think and it doesn’t have to break the bank. Our working design consultation is the first step within our “standard of excellence” and is built upon efficiency and productivity. Our consultation is one and a half hours and our team comes to you, ready with open ears, honest suggestions, professional knowledge and real-time solutions. As our meeting concludes, the project has already started with an attainable plan in place. These plans can be achieved through DIY means, additional productive-working consultations or through our design services below. We save about 15 minutes to thoroughly review our future partnership and terms.
What to expect:
- Professional advice ranging from color consulting, space planning, staging, styling, light rearranging to strategic initial design planning
- Planning and budgeting strategies that fit your goals
- Construction site walk-throughs
- Create loose plans through review of construction drawings, landscape plans, and any other related documents
Our consultation is $500.00 and is due upon scheduling.
