Full Service Design
Getting from dream to reality is simplified through our carefully curated design process. After our working consultation is complete, the wheels start spinning. Our team can handle styling a home or garden, small interior or exterior design projects to larger scope projects, or simply refining an existing space. We believe in creating meaningful and beautiful spaces. We respect what our clients love and we design around precious heirloom pieces or beloved finds. We can also design from scratch creating bespoke and personalized spaces through our exclusive workrooms, vendors, and teams. Authenticity is the forefront of our designs and the process is designed with full consideration of our clients’ precious time.

What to expect (but not limited to):
- A “trade day”: Our team meets with all parties needed to execute our discussed scope of work, all measurements are taken and all notes and pictures are documented accordingly. Clients have the option to be involved or “hands off”.
- Team work: Discussions with any clients’ trades like builders, landscapers, painters or architects. (We will not oversee or manage these trades but will communicate our involvement as needed)
- Sourcing and planning: Our firm sources, space plans, and selects all finishes, furnishings and textiles needed to complete our agreed upon scope through our exclusive products and vendors.
- Behind the scenes budgeting: As quotes and products come in, we strategically adjust the plans to make sure we are inline with any budgetary concerns.
- A productive and relaxed design presentation: We meet with all parties involved and present an organized story of all renderings, space plans, selections and furnishings to complete our scope of work. The client can make any changes and possess full control over the budget. Once finalized, a 100% deposit is taken.
- Execution: Thomas Matthew Designs handles all procurement, ordering, follow ups, final install, styling and site visits, if necessary.
- Deficiency resolution and client binder presentation ( if applicable): All deficiencies are resolved and a team member will review the final client binder with all warranties and information pertaining to the installed selections.
Hourly Consulting Services and Specialty Services are always available a la carte. We are happy to tackle any projects or items that come up along the way that fall outside the scope of work.
