Our concierge-full service design and project management provides the ultimate return on investment while saving clients time and avoiding costly mistakes. We hire, manage, purchase, procure and coordinate all facets of the home remodeling project pertaining to our scope. Our longtime industry partners and trades work directly with us so that our respected clientele can focus on their more pressing priorities.Throughout the process any important changes or issues that arise are always communicated efficiently via email. We keep our clients informed through weekly communications and routine site visits.
What to expect:
- A “trade day”: Our team meets with all parties needed to execute our discussed scope of work, all measurements are taken, and all notes and pictures are documented accordingly. Clients have the option to be involved or “hands off”.
- Design planning and implementation: Sourcing, hiring, and managing all trades and sub trades including all fiscal responsibilities.
- Budgeting, sourcing and planning: Our firm sources, space plans, and selects all finishes, furnishings, and textiles needed to complete our agreed upon scope.
- Construction drawings: Creating and reviewing all construction drawings with our teams and trades.
- Behind the scenes budgeting: As quotes and products come in, we strategically adjust and alter the plans to make sure we are inline with any budgetary concerns.
- A productive and relaxed design presentation: We meet with all parties involved and present an organized story of all renderings, space plans, building drawings and specs, selections and furnishings to complete our scope of work. The client can make any changes needed and has full control of the budget. Once finalized, a 100% deposit is taken.
- Execution: Thomas Matthew Designs handles all procurement, ordering, trade management, follow ups, site visits and the final install and styling.
- Deficiency resolution and client binder presentation: All deficiencies are resolved and a team member will review the final client binder with all warranties and information pertaining to the installed selections.
Hourly Consulting Services and Specialty Services are always available a la carte. We are happy to tackle any projects or items that come up along the way that fall outside the scope of work.
